Terms and Conditions
Who can order. The portal is for Arkansas ABC-licensed retailers, restaurants and private clubs. We need a current permit on file before we can deliver.
How orders work. An order placed here is a request, not an invoice. Your rep confirms availability, applies your case pricing, and sends the final invoice with delivery.
Pricing. Prices shown are front line per bottle, delivered. Case discounts are applied when we confirm your order:

- Mixed cases count. A full case counts as one case whether it is a 6-pack or a 12-pack.
- Loose bottles are added together, and every 12 counts as one case.
- Wines priced at $49 or more, and limited or allocated wines, are sold at front line. They still count toward your case total.
Payment. COD: check payable to Artisan Fine Wine Distributors, or Fintech EFT for Fintech accounts. We don't accept cash or cards.
Availability and vintages. Wines are subject to availability, and vintages may change. If a vintage changes we'll confirm with you before we deliver.
